covid protocols

After monitoring declining COVID case numbers and considering the COVID Taskforce recommendations, your Church Council voted to no longer require masking inside Church buildings. For the next couple weeks, at least, we’ll continue to rope pews to allow space between our congregants.  

While this change may be too quick for some and not fast enough for others, we hope that by taking these steps we are able to reconnect better with God and one another. Thank you for your patience, for your prayers, for extending God’s grace in these challenging times and for continuing to be the body of Christ at Swamp and beyond.  

• If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, please do so.  

• We trust our church family to use good judgment to protect each other and themselves. 

• Please be respectful of others’ comfort with socializing. Not everyone is ready for close contact socializing.

• A recorded service and a live radio broadcast to the parking lot (with communion brought to you) remain available options to in-person, inside worship.

• Please, if you are feeling sick, stay home
